replace pages with screens
they’ll shut up just fine
control them with these
we’ll see everything
remind them they bleed
pin it to a beast
then take everything
medicate the kids before they dream up something different
we can’t turn back our crumbs have long departed
the road we paved is far too long, the trek back too convicting
if we were wrong when we began then we’ll just make up our own ending
the road we paved is far too long, the trek back too convicting
if we were wrong when we began then we’ll just make up our own ending
see now you feel so free
forget about the lock
I hold the key crown me
master of the flock
it's all wrong but you gave up on all of that
you would rather suck upon the fat
it's all wrong it's all wrong its all wrong
can't you see the shackles slack?
so learn how to bleed
flee or just collapse
just don't believe
it’s the way it has to be
we'd succeed
so why the hell is no one listening?
medicated kids inherit medicated futures
their pill’s the lie, “you fall in line or suffer”
Quite possibly the most full-on album I've ever listened to. Intense, and then some. 'Digital Tarpit' could describe both the track and the whole album: high-pitched guitar squeals that make your fillings itch coupled with merciless, suffocating heaviness. The Avenell-esque vocals top it off perfectly.
Brilliant - punishing, but brilliant. jim_fuego
Supplementing sasscore insanity with bolstered vocals and pop-punk songcraft, the California band are kicking ass and breaking boundaries. Bandcamp New & Notable Apr 21, 2024
